Lithium One is one of Prince George’s most well-established home building companies.  Our focus on energy efficiency, attention to detail, and in-house design has established our reputation with local home buyers and industry insiders.  As a result, we received a number of awards for our carefully constructed custom homes over the past few years .

2019 Housing Excellence Awards

Lithium One was once again recognized at the Northern BC Housing Awards.  We were proud to receive several awards throughout the evening. For example:

  • Best Single Family Detached Home ($350k-$500k in value)
  • Best Master Suite Design
  • Best Of Any: New Home or Renovation

2019 Dream Home Lottery

Lithium One was proud to build the 2019 Hospice Dream Home.  Valued at over $640,000, this home had 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious open concept floor plan. You can view photos of the inside via our online photo gallery!

The Hospice Dream Home is the largest annual fundraiser for the Prince George Hospice Society.  As a result, we are grateful to the 40 sponsors who worked with us to make this a profitable event for a valuable local cause.  You can read details about the house on Prince George Matters.

2019 Parade Of Homes

Lithium One participated in the Parade Of Homes, an annual event created by the Canadian Home Builder’s Association of Northern BC.  They invited residence of Prince George to tour a dozen homes designed by five different builders.  

Consequently, the Prince George Citizen featured several Lithium One homes in a photo gallery on their website.  Click to visit their website and see an online gallery from the event.

2019 Parade Of Homes

The Canadian Home Builders Association of Northern BC invited the public to attend the annual Parade of Homes.  With a free pancake breakfast and a shuttle taking guests from house to house, the event was certainly the perfect opportunity to showcase several Lithium One homes.

2018 Housing Excellence Awards

The Canadian Home Builders Association of Northern BC honoured Lithium One during their annual awards gala.  We were named Custom Home Builder Of The Year and received some additional awards, as well.  For example:

  • Custom Home Builder Of The Year
  • Best Custom Home (valued at $450k and under)
  • Best Custom Home (valued at $700k – $1,000k)
  • Best Any Room: New or Renovation

2018 Efficiency In Action Award

Lithium One was proud to receive FortisBC’s Efficiency In Action award.  As a result of our focus on building energy efficient homes,  there is a measurable reduction in the use of natural gas and electricity. 

“We applaud their drive to go beyond standard energy efficiency, their creativity in finding affordable ways to incorporate this into their projects and their success in gaining support within their organizations. We’re proud to have been a part of it,” said Dennis Swanson, VP of Energy Supply at FortisBC.

2018 Dream Home Builder

Lithium One was the home builder for the 2018 Hospice Dream Home Lottery.  We built a beautiful 3,310 square foot bungalow valued at over $500,000 for what was certainly the Hospice Society’s largest fundraising event of the year.
